Qualified with a BSC in Computer Sciences from University of Pretoria and over 20 years technical experience in the Customer Experience sector, Eugene has been at the forefront of Customer Experience Management in Africa and designed and implemented most of the largest Customer Flow Management (CFM) solutions within Southern Africa. Kevin, based in South Africa and Mauritius, qualified with a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance) from the University of Cape Town; and has been involved in owning and running a variety of entrepreneurial businesses in a number of sectors for over 20 years. Kevin also holds a number of executive and non-executive Directorships for various international businesses. Ashley has travelled across many African countries implementing Connectivity and Customer Experience solutions. Over a three-year period, he has successfully deployed systems in eight countries through an established partner network across the continent.
